Returns & Exchanges  
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Products  
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

After verification, we will offer:
- A replacement, or  
- A full refund (if replacement is not available)

Order Cancellation  
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Process  
If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
